| Before: Above you can see the slopes have lost top soil and are prone to errosion. |

After: Imported top soil has been added to the slopes where grass will take root. |

| Before: Water flowed in from up top and created a major washout. |

Corrective Action: A pipe was installed and buried to redirect water and ensure the integrity of the pond.

The water shed came from the parking lot and from the wash rack area and flowed in the pond at the corner where it washed out a huge area. Daniel Dean placed a berm at the edge of the slope and a slight swell in front of it to drain the water into the pond through our new back slope interceptor seen below. |

At left are pictures of the installed back slope interceptor. Behind it Daniel Dean built a berm in such a way that if there was a big flood, water will flow into the pond (as you can barely see toward the concrete pilot channel in the bottom of the pond). |
