This property was cleared and a pond dug. The dirt was used to construct a house pad in Clear Creek Forest, off Nichols Sawmill Road in Magnolia, Texas.
The banks of this pond eroded into the pond. Daniel Dean dredged the dirt that eroded into the pond, placed it back were it belonged, smoothed it out, and seeded and fertilized it. Then we placed an erosion control blanket to hold the soil in place until the grass grew back to hold the dirt in place.
