What you tell us

When you call, email, or send a job request through our estimate form, we receive what you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and details about the work. We use it to answer you, visit the property and quote the job.

The estimate form saves each answer as you go. If you stop partway through, the answers you already gave are kept for up to 90 days, even though the request was never sent.

Job requests are kept in our own customer system so we can follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where we need to in order to do the work, or where the law requires it.

What the website measures

Google Analytics records which pages are visited, how visitors found the site, the kind of device and browser used, an approximate location (city level), and which buttons and links are used, including taps on our phone number.

Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and can replay a visit so we can see where a page is confusing. Clarity masks what you type, and it cannot see inside the estimate form.

When a job request is sent, Google Analytics also receives the type of service and the request's reference number from our customer system. That lets us see which visit a request came from, so it can be connected to your request.

Both use cookies. We use what they report to improve this website and to learn which pages lead to job requests.

Some pages show YouTube videos and a Google map. Loading them connects your browser to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details, separately from Google Analytics and its opt-out.

Error reports

If a page breaks, an error report with technical details (the page, the browser, what went wrong, and an approximate city-level location) is sent to Sentry so we can fix it.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us below.
